"I had my car Brought in for Reverse Camera Programming I was told that it will take approx 1 hour for the programming. i was there at Sandersons Mercedes Service and parts 8:00 am 27 July 2023 Given me time till 11am that car will be finished but it took them way longer to check the issue. At the last i was told the cable was faulty which wasn't in stock in country not the camera and been charged $630 for Finding the issue which i wasn't really satisfied. I got the car checked somewhere else paying again from my pocket and it came upto that the camera was faulty not the cable and they couldn't even diagnosed it right charging me $630. I only went to Sandersons because of trust issues and i thought they will help me because of the faith i had in them but i was wrong Simon Wood was the person incharge at the time served me and told me that we are 100% that the cable was faulty not the camera after i found that the cable is fine its just the camera i called them again and told them the whole story that it was the camera Camera was going to cost another $1500 in addition to programming and i have just paid $630 for wrong diagnosis which i spend literally my whole day and still my car camera wasn't working or properly diagnosed i asked them for a Full refund or atleast cover half of the cost of the camera which i could have bought from them from parts. They refused to do Either of that leaving me no option to lodge an complaint through fair trading i won't recommend Sanderson Mercedes service at all please don't take your expensive cars there just because its an Mercedes Workshop but its not there incompetency and lack of knowledge is worse than a private workshop."
"They were ok. I had an issue and they did a diagnostic test and charged me $300 to say there was no problem. I then had to pursuade them there was a problem and did alot of research to offer possible solutions which they finally took on and solved my issue but then charged more money to look at the issue and solve it. Overall they did do a good job to solve the issue but were reluctant at first."
"After a regular service & some repairs, the car was handed back to me with the powered seat controls inoperable. Charged $359 for a tyre which costs $274 elsewhere."

"THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! We purchased a second-hand Mercedes Benz AMG last year, and the left HS indicator started having an issue after 1-2 months. It took them 6months to fix the issue, and during the process, we got advice from different mechanics, they told us the car might have been an accident. After 2 months, the left HS indicator had the same issue, and then the headlight stopped working. It took them a few months to fix it again. This year, the same issue incurred, they FINALLY decided to replace the whole left HS headlight and ordered the parts from German, which took 4months (They initially told us 4 weeks, 6 weeks after, we followed them up, and they told us to wait for another month. They never followed up with us (always waited until we called up). Today, we dropped the car off to replace the left HS headlight/indicator (of course they didn't lend us the courtesy car), and now they told us they need to replace the right HS headlight/ indicator (they need to order the parts from German again, which could be another 4-6 months) The service is ridiculous, they could have replaced the whole headlight in the first place instead, they choose to fix it little by little to save the cost. Every time we tried to complain they always blame the Mercedes manufacturer, but at least they can book us a courtesy car while we are waiting for FOUR MONTH (they said it's all booked out) or some other services to make it up. Maybe you can purchase a car from them, but if your car has an issue, NEVER EXPECT THEM TO FIX PROPERLY AT ONCE. It took us a whole year going back and forth with them, and it's still going on."
