"I got a Okuma jaw spinning rod from bcf Belrose. After about a month using it the tip eye broke off, and the handle below the reel snapped off. I called bcf Belrose and told informed them about it, they told me to come in and when I went in they gave me a brand new rod with an upgrade (I had the 2-4 KG but they gave me a 3-6 Kg). In conclusion I am very satisfied with the customer service. Mitchell was the one who served me, very kind and caring!"

"Very poor customer service and attitude from the BCF Online Chat with rep Angel on 24-25 November 2022. I waited for a discount coupon to arrive in my email which never did, I was initially told 1-4 hours by Angel and after coincidentally chatting with her 24 hours later to chase it up, she reluctantly provided a code which didn't work! All in all, wasted hours on with the Chat team who took 30+ minutes to respond to queries. BCF online Chat team should probably review their processes to not mislead potential customers. Don't bother wasting your time with the BCF online chat mob, their in-store service is way better!"
