"A business not interested in new clients - extremely poor customer service and will block/remove any constructive feedback they can. Go elsewhere to get your fur babies groomed. UPDATE - Thank you for the offer but no thank you - you ghosted me on the day of appointment, didn't respond to my message. When i tried to contact you on Facebook for an update you proceeded to delete my comment, despite the fact that I was as constructive as possible and all I needed was a response. From memory you advised you had Covid but running a business means you need to also advise your customers, especially when you are charging late cancellation fees - do I get a late cancellation fee back from staying home? All the best, we have found an alternate groomer with great communication."

"I'm reluctant to post such a low score, especially on a small business but that's just not how you run a business. Messaged Gemma, she was great. Was able to see my pup, we had a date and time booked. A bit later, she messaged me saying that she her business system had mucked up and could no longer do that time. She offered a time for the following day. I explained I wasn't able to do that day due to being at work (and dog fairly anxious so would need to be home when she comes). I said I could do earlier that day instead if this works or next week anytime. She did not respond. A day later, I sent a message saying I wasn't sure when the appointment was. She didn't respond again but had made a post on her FB page saying there was a timeslot open (the replacement time she offered me). I messaged again to see what was happening and she continued to ignore me. I know how tough running a small business is but you just don't ignore potential clients. Would have been absolutely fine with telling me she didn't want to do it or there were no suitable times. I was very understanding when her booking system failed but yet, literally no correspondence. I only gave an extra star because she was actually incredibly friendly in her conversation initially."
