"Called on thursday to get quote got told to bring in friday. Took it in friday at 2pm they said they would call me in a few hours. Ok no issues. No courtesy call no call at all, they closed with no contact and they are not open on weekends. So weekend ruined as they had my only key and my car. A courtesy call would have saved all this hassle for me. "Hi just letting you know we wont have a chance to look at your car to quote, would you like to pick it up or leave it with us over the weekend". They have great reviews, but tbh i was let down and would not go to them. Only went to get a quote and they had my car for 3 days only to give me a rediculous quote in the end cause i wanted "genuine oil" its more expensive."
