"14.7.23 Worst Manager. After identifying my purchase I called Rozzana over. Her Manager approached and attempted to take over. I stated I noticed you are coughing I would prefer if this lady assisted me. She rolled her eyes and walked off to the back room. I did ask her name but she refused to provide her details and ignored my request totally. Obviously Rozzana could not provide her name as this woman was her superior. @Angus&Coote a performance review may assist. Check on your team members wellbeing working under this person.This may be the reason this store has a 2.7 star rating. Rozzana continued to serve and has excellent customer service skills. Your Manager should not be front of house."
"Despite the amount of people in the store for mothers day shopping the staff were attentive and peofessional. The lady serving me was wonderful. The jewellery plan was the best thing, the repair process was smooth and efficent. Thankyou"
"The worst experience I have ever had. I was chasing my refund and was told that it will be credited into my account within 24 hrs. I waited for 3 days and asked for assistance or proof to present any doc to my bank. Leanne was shouting to me and was talking aggressively . Derre the manager was very unprofessional, banging on the table. They both walked off without helping me!. I have dealt with multiple stores and Angus& Coote usually has lovely and friendly staff, but this branch (Narrellan Town Centre) has the worst customer service."
