"Kylie may well be a decent groomer, however she is clearly reliant on her past customers as my experience in attempting to find a groomer for my two dogs was terrible. Relied on the good reviews, however multiple calls and texts to try and book an appointment went unanswered and unreturned for weeks. Eventually received a brief text informing me that she couldn't assist. Terrible customer service, it wouldn't be difficult to put a voicemail on informing potential new customers that the service was closed to new customers. Needless to say I won't be back."

"I took my puppa Theo here who is an anxious boy. Straight up, he didn't bark at Kylie which was first up such a great sign. He did try and run behind my legs when it was time to go out the back but Kylie was soo patient with him. Honestly if you have a dog that gives you any kind of trouble or hates the groomers Kylie will put both you and the dog at ease. I would highly recommend Kylie and will be going back. Thankyou SO much Kylie. I really appreciate it!"
"Kylie is amazing! We take our little Cavvie, Holly there every few months to have her completely shaved and she comes back looking like a puppy every time and she's currently 7.5years old! The flexible hours and SMS communication make this a worthwhile place. Absolutely adore the business and highly recommend to those nearby! Be patient at the front door as Kylie might be out the back with her headphones on but shows up within a few minutes! See you again soon!"
