"Owner/Manager won't listen to you or greet you properly. He doesn't care if what issues you want to explain about your car. You go for any kind of service he won't be bothered to listen to you since he will behave like he is so busy with whatever he is doing. My suggestion just avoid that area for any automotive issues since other places are same."
"Absolute time wasters. I had booked in a service a few days prior and on the day I was turned back. I could see the workshop had completely forgotten about my service and were completely overbooked. Customers should be shown a little more courtesy given a booking was made. Perhaps have a tracking schedule to avoid wasting people’s time."
