"I had it privately assessed and they confirmed it would take 1 or 2 days. Hornsby Prestiage wanted it for 7 days, and then took 10 days. They didnt do the repairs that were agreed with the assessor. Said they had phoned me to tell me. When I picked car up there was dirt on the driver and rear passenger cream leather seats. as though they had put some tools etc on the seats."

"Brought my Mazda 3 here for an insurance repair, very happy with the service. Minor damage to paintwork and grill to the front of the car, and a nose piece that needed to be replaced. All body shops say it is difficult and time consuming to blend Mazda metallic paint (which is true), but these guys managed to finish the job in 5 days, matched the rest of the car well.
