"Small but cozy place with nice staff though unfortunately some of the buttons (Right kick for the P1 buttons and the tag button for P2's side) for the Tekken Tag Tournament 2 machine were busted. Was really hoping to see what the hype for Tekken 8 was about :("

"Small yet somehow charming is what I’d describe this place. You don’t come to these places expecting to win something of major value, and if you do then you’re going to have a bad time. I took my two sons here to play and keep them entertained, we got a card and paid $50 but was loaded $80 as it was a promotional time, this meant I could let my kids place whatever games they wanted. The ticketed games range from easy to hard and ticket payout varies too off course. We didn’t play the ones based on luck much as they were likely not to pay much. The pull the lever and hope for a jackpot paid 10 tickets instead, just missing the jackpot by a bit and the whack a croc paid similar despite hitting a lot of crocs, but that didn’t bother me. The place is small so it’s limited by what games they can provide, but the upside is that you won’t easily lose sight of your kids. There’s a few shooters which are fun. My boys enjoyed the Jurassic Park one despite losing fairly quickly because those games are hard. I played Rambo and felt my inner Stallone manifest. Eventually we found games we liked and were good at, so we managed to rack up over 1000 points for my kids to get practically whatever they wanted. They were very happy at the end which is all that matters to me, plus we somehow played for over an hour!"

"I brought my two sons to Liverpool Westfield to buy some things and eat at the food court, when we had noticed the iPlay arcade. My sons helped themselves and looked around inside the store and noticed the anime figures on the top shelves as prizes and wanted to have a go at winning them. The prices and deals for cards are amazing and well worth paying a few extra dollars for like 10 extra points. There was this staff member, Anna, if I'm not incorrect, helping us out with any questions and she was very kind to my sons, she ran us through all of the options for cards and the different deals that were on, and was more than happy to come out and fix a machine that was faulty or if my sons had gotten it jammed. I loved the experience there, though we didn't have enough tickets to win the big figure prizes, we still have credits left on our card to surely come back another day. Overall, the staff was friendly, place was clean and hygenic, there were a variety of games, and good service. Only issue I could mention, is that the place needs to be bigger, so invest in an expansion!"

"This place is a scam a few months ago there was a game whose name I forgot but I managed to consistently win jackpots on that. Next thing I know it’s removed and most machines gave extremely low tickets with jackpots being pretty much all luck and no skill. Good arcade but it needs a game that is all skill and not just luck. I also noticed that the owner of this specific store set the payout rate of the S cube and key-master machines much higher. They should add a disclaimer as this is giving people the tainted of image of them being able to win through skill when it comes down to the payout rate ."
