"I just had a Pink Slip done at this workshop and I politely asked the mechanic if I could sit inside the car while he takes it for a test drive. He said NO. I asked why? He replied: RULES. I am not sure if there is even such a rule. I don’t understand why he didn’t let me sit in the car. I wasn’t going to stop him from doing the test drive. Not a right way to treat your customer & I haven’t experienced there rules elsewhere so I don’t know why this specific place is setting rules on my car?"

"Great service and attention to detail. I had an issue with my car aircon and Danny the owner found the problem very quickly and fixed it. The problem then came back 3 weeks later, but I booked it in again and the issue was fixed under warranty. There was no issue or hassle and the problem fixed straight away.
