They were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable about the product. Initially when the manufacturer pushed back on the repair Westview were able to get it covered. The team diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it at a reasonable cost . Overall very happy"

"Spent $100 for them to tell me what I told them on the phone when I called them. Did not even open the unit to inspect it. Sales staff then attempts to convince my mother to just leave the TV with them as its only good for parts. Quoted $500 for backlight repair. I called another company who advised that was way over what this should cost and offered to complete this service for half the price. Essentially tried to convince me the TV was not worth it so they could keep it.. Hardly a business."
