Our boys get excited to cross the road when they are going in for their haircuts. Also love the free range approach to grooming where the dogs can wander around while they wait for cuts or washes or to be picked up instead of being caged up. Would highly recommend."

"Highly recommend! I take my two Staffies to get their nails cut about every two weeks. The ladies here are so gorges! One of my pups HATES her paws being touched and these ladies are the only ones who can touch her paws. The service is so friendly and they’re so accommodating."

"I think the staff here take on way too many dogs, which means timing gets pushed out and they get stressed. I was told the groom would take 2-2.5 hours, and after showing up 3 hours later, they had completely forgotten to get to my dog. After 4.5 hours I picked up my pup, but unfortunately that wasn’t met with apologies for the inconvenience, a happy smile or even an offer to charge me a discount for my troubles. I was quite disappointed with the customer service, and it seems like my pup was another number to get through for the day. There were at least six dogs waiting in the room, barking while my dog retreated in the corner. Whilst my puppy was groomed really well, the service was poor which is what I really value, and I was made to feel like it was my problem. I will be going to a more professional and friendly groomer who is aware of others time and concentrates on only a few dogs at a time. Great service these days is hard to find unfortunately."
