Reviews
"Nice little park for sitting and enjoying lunch purchased from nearby food shops. Plenty of shade and seating, with play equipment for younger kids."
"Always a nice place. Sometimes playground can have too much people. Good location with tonnes of parking space around (including the Marketplace on the opposite side of the road). Perfect for a suburban picnic."
"Two slides for kids to play on. They can climb up stairs, ropes and a rock-climbing type wall. There’s a bouncy echidna, swings (including birds nest) and a web to climb. There’s a soft-fall crocodile and stepping stones. There’s a covered bench and table area to sit and also a bench seat on the edge of the park. There’s a bubbler near the front gate and grassed area just outside the gate, plus lots of trees for shade. There can be a few falling branches and bark in the wind. The area is gated. There’s no toilets, but a shopping village is nearby which also provides coffee. Plenty of parking as the park is across from the library. Right next to Pennant Hills Train Station and bus interchange, so close to public transport. Kids love it. Oh, and there is a pretend fire engine."
"This is the perfect place to eat a family picnic of chips or anything else from Pennant Hills Village. The play equipment is fantastic for story-based play. Mature trees provide a somewhat shady canopy to keep it comfortable in summer."
"Small park with relatively well equipped playground. Nice place to let child unload its urge for exces mobility. Perfect for 4-5yo. May be borring for 9yo and up. Nearby library offers access to toilets where child's face can be washed so you can be positive that you take home your own child."
