"Best and honest car service at a very reasonable prices"
"A couple of mechanics couldn't assist with my new car blueslip. Next was Eddie... he was friendly, professional, persistent and eager to assist even though there was an error with tge details on RTA website. After a couple of days, a number of attempts and an in-depth discussion with the RTA Eddie successfully completed it. Thank you!"
"Had my car serviced here a couple of times. Most recent time, the owner just didn't show up, even though I was booked in. Upon texting him to ask what was going on, I was told he wouldn't be in at the shop that day. Although things happen and people get sick, a courtesy call or message prior to opening hours would've been nice. I won't be going back. Cheap services, but not worth the hassle. He also usually has your car for a lot longer than he originally tells you, so it's hard to plan your day around it."
"Eddy is very professional, honest and reliable. Been using this service for more than 2 years never had any issues. Fair prices too. Highly recommend."
"I hate giving 1 star reviews but this place deserves it. I purchased an old car and took it to this place as my partner had been bringing his car here for the last year to get things fixed (even though my initial vibe was negative). Got a few things fixed at the initial once over check and was told everything else was all good, $350 later there was barely any change for the issues I wanted fixed. I was pissed, and needed a pink slip so took it to Blue Gum in Ingleburn for a second opinion. Well guess what? There was SO MUCH that needed to be done to the car. The mechanic at Blue Gum told me that I needed over $1800 in maintenance just to get it road worthy, closer to $3000 for proper maintenance as previous owners had neglected it. He advised me not to go ahead with repairs at all, as it wasn't worth it at this point and I'm better off buying another car. So now I need a new car. This isn't a joke, my car was a ticking time bomb and I had no idea. Not only could I have died, but I could have caused an accident and also taken other people with me. I'm looking into reporting this to Fair Trading, as mechanics have a duty of care to ensure they aren't overlooking critical safety issues with the cars they fix. EDIT: my partner has now taken his car to Blue Gum as his pink slip was due as well, and the mechanic there said it was in even worse condition than mine. We are taking both cases to Fair Trading. This is NOT OK. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE."
