"Amazing service got my pink slip done in 5 minutes so far the cheapest pink slip done ever."
"Called to book pink slip. Arrived and parked, asked the old man that was outside, he said to go to the workshop. Walked to the worshop, an Indian mechanic was with an Indian client talking in Hindi. He just looked at me and continued talking with the client. Then he told me to move my car as the client needed to move his car out of the workshop. He then just walked passed me to the other side of the petrol station and brought another car over and started working on it totally ignoring me. All I needed was for him to at least tell me what's happening. He could've just asked why I was there and say an estimated time for me to wait rather than just ignoring me. They have no office other than the service station so I was just standing next to my car right infront of the workshop. Waited for about 30 minutes then I googled for another mechanic and and Prestons Mechanic popped up which was 4 minutes away. Arrived at Prestons Mechanic, as soon as one of the mechanics saw me he walked up greeted me, confirmed the booking and I was out with my pink slip after 20 minutes. Their workshop and car park also much better. Very professional. Lurnea Auto Repairs is also a service/petrol station so it's all cramped up. No actual office for clients to wait at."
