"You can find ski boots at other shops but you can’t find better service than Snowbound. Walked in at a busy Saturday afternoon, waited 30mins plus to buy my first pair and the result worth every penny and every minute. They took time to listen to my needs, went extra mile to help me find the boots I should buy, and told me both me and them won’t leave the shop until we modified my final choice to fit my feet perfectly. With my poor English, I can only point out where it hurts or not comfortable enough during the process, I can see I caused some misunderstandings but they do take my opinions very seriously and the result is great.
