"Woeful experience with these guys. Ordered some titanium bars and requested a slit be put in them. Bars showed up with no slit. When I contacted them they said they don't do slits which is fine however they did not contact me to see if I still wanted to proceed with the order considering they could not give me what I ordered. Had I known this I would have cancelled. Returned the bars and was promised a refund. 7 days after receiving the bars back at their premises with several follow ups and rude responses still no refund. Avoid these guys like the plague. They are cheap for a reason"
"Up until now my daughter has ridden recycled scooters. During lockdown we decided to get a much better quality scooter and we googled the best prices we could find. AtlasCo had the best prices Australia-wide on that day and I placed an order. Unfortunately I made a mistake when I ordered the incorrect size, it was too small, so I contacted the staff and I was able to make a quick correction to the order before they sent it to us. It was really easy to fix my mistake and we upgraded to the next size. The scooter arrived within days to Canberra via fast shipping and we are grateful. Five stars for AtlasCo.online"
