"Workers extremely rude when asked to turn loud bass-driven music being played outside in a residential neighbourhood. When complaint was made to company the response was "Music is at volume TEN" which seemed to be acceptable. I don't think so."
"Disgusting service send out their senior plumbers for quotes & work planning but send out apprentices & incompetent staff to do a complete storm water system they decide to go way off the work plan. Left horrible mess of clay & rocks inches above the ground, took no consideration into the flow of the land for plumbers just shocking would give no stars if possible my advice is run miles away from these useless clowns"
"Asked electrical work and a plumber. The electrician was promptly booked in to install a ceiling fan electric switch which they booked in the job for my preferred day. When the electrician arrived he said he was here to install a range hood?? No idea where that came from. I showed him the job with the small part for a ceiling fan switch and he just looked at his is coworker with the part in hand all perplexed & went silent. it was a simple switch from beacon lighting Penrith. They came up with an excuse (this was just a quote) and said their supervisor would call me to follow up shortly as well as their plumber. Weeks later still no call, text message or email regarding any work!!! Sound like crooks or money under table, laundering money if they literally don't do any work as advertised. All in all a total waste of time!"
