"ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABUSIVE! I’m trying to support local businesses during this time, but this is one local business I will not be returning to. When I asked if he had time to do a simple pink slip he simply grumbled and walked away, I stood there bewildered for several minutes before the younger man came to see if I was being attended to or needed assistance, I mentioned the reaction from the elder guy and I suggested I would find another mechanic who actually want new customers, to which the original man started swearing at me and stated that he can’t just drop everything for one customer. If he doesn’t have 30 seconds spare to even talk to a potential customer politely, well I guess he already has more work than he can handle."
