"The only store in Australia that had the board I wanted in the size I needed! I got size 12 boots so the challenge is real. They accidentally sent me the wrong colour stomp pad. Upon emailing them they responded in less than an hour where apologetic and resolved the issue without hassle by refunding the stomp pad in full as they didn’t have the black one in stock. Additionally they said I could keep the one they sent me. I probably won’t use as it as I really want a black one, but I am sure a friend will love it. The best customer service experiences that I have in a long time."
