"My 84 year old mother used the Ferguson group of plumbers because she had a water leak and a cracked water tank. They came and installed a Rinnai water heater and charged her over double of what the job was worth. They then over estimated the water leak problem and tried to convince her to do more work than was needed. They were taking my elderly mother for a ride. I would not recommend this company to anyone!"

"Spoke to Gavin to book an appointment for Vanity Replacement Installation. He said team will come and provide me a quote and if I am happy they will do the job right away. Omega Services Website claims,” We'll be at your home on-time or we'll give you up to $100! ($5 off for every minute, up to $100*). You can be sure of on-time service”. I was booked in at 8am and KYLE arrived 30mins late. I said to him I will get a discount as what I read on the website to which he denied and said they do not do that.I have provided the vanity and parts and he quoted me $945 for the labor and said he cannot do the job that day! I wasnt happy to hear that because thats not what I have been told. I explained to him about my conversation with Gavin. He just said,” If youre not happy, that’s it thank you!”. I then said, you have wasted my time to which he laughed and told me,”You wasted my time!”. Very rude, unprofessional, doesn’t listen to customer’s needs, very frustrating!"
