The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the service staff member, who demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring my Mazda received the best care possible. His attention to detail and thoroughness were truly commendable. He took the time to explain the service process and cost addressing any questions I had and ensuring I was comfortable with the scheduled maintenance. "One of the authorised center for the servicing of Mazda cars. Location is easily accessible. The facility has ample parking places. At the entrance there are few parking slots and there is also ramp up parking available at the back side of facility. Free tea and coffee are available for the customers who waits while the car is being serviced. There is free wifi and a small workspace area available if someone wants to work from there. Sitting arrangements are good enough and there is also a very small area for the kids to play. Office and the waiting area are fully air-conditioned. Charges of the service is market standard. So far happy with the service. The complimentary cleaning quality could be a little better."

"Contacted Mazda delivery coordinator Katie Yasbic to enquire about a safety inspection, although not her department she went out of her way to book this in for me. On arrival I was greeted by super friendly service advisor Cameron. Process was quick and efficient, thanks to Jose and his team for being so professional and looking after me. Katie went above and beyond, following up to make sure that all went well as this was my first inspection required with my Mazda 3 turning 5 years old. Outstanding customer service, highly recommend and won’t be taking my car anywhere else. Looking forward to dealing with Katie again when I’m ready to upgrade!"

"Get my car to be fixed there, overall experience is good, first time picked up my car and my car was still having the similar issue but second time sending my car back they absolutely did their job properly, Jose was very help and try to explain what happen to the car and what they did to the car.
