George at AVIS for rental/hired car was very helpful and friendly. They also returned my car with full cleaning and it looked brand new car.. defi more than 5 stars!"

"Absolutely hopeless. Called them 3 times and someone on the other end answered and couldn't hear my voice even though my phone was working perfectly. Then I tried the 1300 number and then no-one picked when the call was transferred to the Gladesville office. Then the recorded message said I could leave a message if I pressed # and when I did it said the call couldn't be transferred. There's a good reason why they only have a 3.7 rating."

"Truely useless, in every sense of the word.. After being told at our first inspection “we don’t do these types of repairs for luxury cars, you can source your own repairer” we waited another two weeks for a call back from NRMA to qualify this comment. We own a Renault Koleos and passed a Maserati on the way out?! Confusing.. NRMA said that we weren’t told that and we should have left our car there at the first inspection? Why weren’t we told this? Why were we fobbed off? When we eventually dropped the car back to Motorserve they told us an estimated repair date. The date was then revised by a week and we were notified in advance which we appreciated. We were expecting to collect the car today, and had made arrangements to do so until we received a call this morning saying it will now be ready in 3 weeks. 2hrs notice for another 3 weeks without our main family car?! No notification prior, no communication, nothing! Blamed missing parts?! Wouldn’t you know the parts would be missing when they weren’t shipped weeks ago?! The place is a joke, I would sooner take my car to any other repairer than trust these clowns. We have commenced moving our 6 insurance policies from NRMA to other providers. NRMA don’t want to know about the concerns re Motorserve but blindly endorse them. There is no incentive to use Motorserve, cut out the middle-man and find a repairer yourself, you will not regret it! Do better Motorserve!"

"These guys in Motorserve Gladesville are superb. I had Delivered the car for cosmetic repairs. The front bumper had some scratches and also needed to be painted in some parts. Right in that day, they did like the first day and had made the car ready just in the afternoon, had washed the car and at a very reasonable price. Thanks Motorserve Gladesville."
