"Trish did a wonderful job on Jack our Moodle. He is usually anxious so hard to keep still at the best of times. Trish had him looking his best in under an hour and he seemed quite pleased with himself when I picked him up. Tail was wagging like crazy. So thanks Trish. Job well done!"

"The first groom was all inclusive and it reflected on the great result. So we went back again. The nest time we came she obviously squeezed us in and had many animals in her garage waiting before us. She never lets you see inside the garage so you have no idea about what is going on. Expecting the same result for the money I was asked to pay, I got very little and when we got home I realised my dog just got washed and had a few snips here and there. She clipped his toes severely and caused him discomfort as he was constantly locking his paws and trying to soothe it He was not given the trim or the de-shedding , the shampoo used was a more severe one that caused him a lot of itching. The first groom he smelt great. This time we could barely see he was washed properly. It was definitely a rushed job The cash only money was happily taken and she disappeared into her garage. Everyone who saw my dog said he doesn't look groomed at all. I truly feel ripped off and even though she is a nice person to speak to,she definitely ripped me off the second time I came with my dog."

"We took our St Bernard puppy to see Trish last weekend. Our puppy can be a little nervous and unsure of new people. Trish was so good with her our puppy absolutely loved her! She came back so clean & looking so beautiful. She was not stressed at all. I would highly recommend. Thanks Trish!"

"I hate writing bad reviews, but in this case I believe it's necessary. We booked in to have our cat's nails and coat clipped. When we turned up Trish said I couldn't come in as she had an assistant (which appears to be her partner). She said it would take approximately 45 mins so I drove home (10 mins) to get the $85 cash as we didn't realise she takes cash only. After 25 mins she texted my partner (even though I left my phone number with her) to say that the cat was ready. When I turned up she immediately said she hadn't been able to do his nails as he was "too upset". I explained that we had never had that issue before and that I was happy to come in and hold him, as I (or my partner) had always had the option to do with our other cat groomers. She said that she now didn't have time (even though it had only been 30 mins) and that I could come back in 6 days). I explained that I was working that day and it was hard for my partner to bring him in as he's a paraplegic in a wheelchair, so I said I wanted to make it a day when I could come and hold the cat. Her partner came out looking very aggressive and said that I couldn't come in due to Covid numbers/restrictions. I explained that he didn't need to be there as I could hold the cat to which they replied that he had to be there "because of the dogs in there". I was shocked to hear that they have dogs in there whilst grooming a cat and said "no wonder he got upset" to which she mumbled something about today being an exception as they usually have different days for cats and dogs. By this stage I was not feeling like I wanted to return anyway, so I asked how much of the quoted $85 I needed to pay and she said she "could take $10 off", which I said I found a bit unfair, considering the circumstances. She ended up reluctantly taking off $15 (so I paid $70) and it wasn't until I got home that I saw what a terrible job she had done on his coat. The worst part of the whole thing was that as I was leaving, after commenting to them that I would unfortunately have to tell the truth about what happened on a review, her partner shouted out threateningly "well we have your address, so I'd be careful what you say if I were you". I was so shocked, but managed to reply "I will have to put that in the review too" before closing my car door. He was still yelling when I left but I didn't hear what he said. I was so upset by this incident, as was my partner. I will be taking this further as I feel it is my responsibility to my community to let them know to avoid this place. Not allowing an owner to come in, in the case of an obviously distressed cat) and subsequently threatening a customer is not my idea of (as worded on their website) "Each pet is cared for as I would want my pets treated". I would like to clarify here that our cat has NEVER behaved like this with another groomer, which I think says a lot."
