They kept me updated at every step of the way and went above and beyond to put my dog’s well-being and comfort first. The team has great expertise and are very caring, patient and kind. "On a good note , I was able to have a last minute appointment which was very much needed after a vacation and my pup being in desperate need of groom. But I believe they were overbooked as an hour and half latter my dog was only washed and had been standing on her own muzzled stressed on the grooming table for at least 15 min before I went in to enquire about it . I was told she was nervous dog and needed 2 people for her groom and that would take another hour or so . At this point she was clearly stressed and yelping with the groomers attending to other pets at the time . All the while she was left to wait and " calm down " on her own . This was so upsetting to me at which point I came in to hold her still so the groomer could shave her body. They were clearly trying... But overbooked and hence leaving a puppy muzzled on grooming table for a length of time was not what I expected for the high price. It took another hour plus to groom my tiny puppy. For the high price I expected better service ."

"My senior sheltie has been going to Mel and the ladies for a while now and they take great care of him every time. Prices are reasonable and the staff are courteous and friendly. My dog always comes back smelling fresh, floofy and looking great."
"Lovely staff, quick service, and happy dogs! I’m so impressed with the service here. I called to ask whether they could squeeze my dog in for a toe nail trim in the next few days, they not only saw him immediately but they provide this service for FREE! I was shocked. I’ll be back for a groom and some treats soon. The dogs getting their hair cut seemed happy and calm. Super lovely staff were wonderful with my little rescue mutt."
