Reviews of The Australian Botanic Garden
"Love this place, it's my go to for a Saturday early morning run or walk. The cafe is now open and they have fabulous food and friendly service. It gets busy on weekends."
"Park located south West Sydney. Really nice place to do walks and have a picnic. The park here is awesome so many paths and can even summit Mt annan itself. With regards to the summit walk try to approach from Western side as the path is sorta safe. The eastern side isn't marked well and has a couple of orange cones at the entrance and felt a little pracarious. The woodland walk was great need to come back again and go to the other building in the area. I hear weekends can get pretty busy but weekdays were not too full had some school kids on excursions."
"The Australian Botanic Gardens are absolutely stunning! There's plenty of parking, accessible toilets, a gorgeous cafe with plenty of seating, and an amazing play area for the kids. The garden's are a really great spot for younger kids. The park is fully enclosed and has swings, climbing frames, a slide, a flying fox and plenty of picnic tables for a family picnic. The information centre is great and the staff are really friendly. There are many different walks you can take differing in difficulty. There's also plenty of accessible walks which are easy with a pram or a wheelchair."
"peaceful place to be , have hug land and yard can have picnics, no bbq felicity. Have public to live and free parking . A lot of on season flower and tree plants in side . Family friendly. Flower power is next to this place , suggest go graded in 10am have a bit walk and 12pm have little snack or lunch , and afternoon go see flower powers but some lovely plants."
"A great picnic spot and absolutely scenic. The japanese garden inside is breath taking. We got free entry as there was wedding photography scheduled on that Sunday. Good for kids and couples!!! Surrounded by trees and beautiful flowers, I highly recommend this place. You will find beautiful trail for walking and also barbecue slots along with picnic bench. There is play area for kids, which is poorly maintained but still usable. Public toilets and parking available so good place to visit."
