"I was recommended to this business by quite a few other Cavoodle owners. My 8 year old Cavoodle had a bad experience with her previous groomer that hospitalised her and nearly cost her life. Naturally, I was anxious about taking her anywhere else and had been grooming her myself for the past 6 months before coming to the realisation it was beyond me and she needed a professional. I spoke to Hannah over the phone when making an appointment and she made a time where I could be there incase my dog was anxious during her groom. She listened, was patient, friendly and very empathetic. Not once did she make me feel like an overbearing dog owner. Yes, they are slightly more expensive than most, but I believe you get what you pay for here. Hannah regularly updated me throughout the groom and made sure that it was a stress free experience for both Lola and myself. On top of this, she did a brilliant job! Listening to the groomers talking to and kissing the dogs whilst they were being groomed further proved i’d gone with the right recommendation. So happy to have a new groomer I can trust!"

"The groomers here are very good and it feels like the genuinely care for your dog. They make sure to take brakes and have a lovely manner with them. When I picked her up the owner makes sure your happy and makes any adjustments. It’s on the pricer side but it’s the best groom she’s ever had. I have been pretty horrified at previous groomers when I have seen how they handle the dogs. None of that here, my dog was cared for and she looked amazing."
"Lisa-Marie, Hannah and all of the wonderful team at Groom-Me are excellent. They are hard-working and go above and beyond! Lisa-Marie uses her German prowess to run a highly efficient and organised service that ensures your dog is pampered and made to feel like royalty. Winston isn’t a fan of being groomed but happily runs to the entrance of Groom-Me knowing he has a day of playing with other pooches ahead. When I pick him up he is exhausted from all the activities and looks so handsome."
