"I was informed both my front and back brakes needed changing - at the time I could only afford the back brakes, and opted to wait a little bit to replace the front brakes. When I got the car back driving it felt worse than when I booked it in; a few weeks later I took it to a different mechanic to do the front brakes. After dropping off the car I got a call informing me that the work done by the guys at Caltex Service Centre was not done properly (things were not properly tightened at the back) and as a result Brake Fluid had been leaking and a bunch of things I had just tried to get fixed needed replacing. Poor form!"

Call, make a time to drop your car off, tell him what you think needs attention, he'll check it out and call you with the details. Couldn't possibly be better, could it? Great service, quality workmanship by a proper trade professional. Forget the 'McMechanics' with silly apprentices at shopping centres. Choose someone who has been in the trade since forever and actually knows how stuff works and how to fix it when it stops working. I don't give five stars without good reason - four is my usual maximum, but Bruce earned every one of 'em with quality service."
