We had him out to repair our oven and he did a wonderful job and the repair fee was extremely well priced, we then called him out again as another unrelated issue occurred, he promptly came to check it out and as it was a very easy fix he didn't even charge us! "Peter did a decent job with repairing our oven. However he has the worst attitude, especially for someone who is the owner of a business. He was very argumentative and raised his voice at me when I tried explaining my point of view. I asked him to refrain as he was in my home however he didn't care and he was very dismissive. He is not empathetic at all and just wants to show that he's a "know it all". Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I wouldn't want to request his services again if this is the treatment that you get. The female on the phone was very friendly and understanding. It's a pity her boss isn't."

"Had problems with my dishwasher and was recommended to call PML Appliance Repair. The lady who took my call was very friendly and helpful and arranged for a call out within 48 hours. After some thorough troubleshooting, Peter was able to identify the problem and fix the issue. Peter also provided some advice regarding appliance maintenance to avoid future problems. The call out fee was half the price I was quoted by the dishwasher company and the cost to repair was a fraction of what I would have been charged.
