"What a ridiculous place ...I get sent direct marketing online for ads from these guys purely because I have been searching canoes . They then send me an ad for canoe paddles and an option to pick up in store or home deliver home delivery makes a 20 dollar purchase 60 dollars. No.option to pick up...ring customer service. The item doesn't have pick up in store. The store doesn't have them in fact no store in Sydney has them. So delivery is the only way you can buy these. This makes their great special a terrible buy. And a great waste of my time trying to actually buy this item that I never was looking for but got shoved in my face by their computer algorithm. Leave us alone with this invasion of privacy"
"Took my rod & reel in for a warranty claim in November. The team member advised that it could take up to 3-4 weeks to receive a reply from Penn. it’s now mid January and I still haven’t heard anything from the Rockdale team. Call the store 3 times over the last 2 months, each time they told me someone would be in touch to let me know what’s happening. Still no reply.."
