"During regular service asked them to check the brake squeaky sound. Didn't get my full consent, went ahead and charged me, I didn't make an issue, was hoping they would have fixed. But the squeaky sound was still there, emailed them, no response, when I called them, they said I need to replace the brakes. In the invoice, they mentioned brakes are good, didn't mention anything about it when I picked up the car. Ideally I should have received the refund, but the lady never talks about that. Comparing my prev. service with a different garage, they almost charged double, expensive service. She said I can bring the car again and they will see, never talked about fixing it or giving refund. Didn't go since didn't want to waste my time. Found them not trustworthy and not owning up their mistakes. Me and my friend decided not to go to them again, don't waste your time and hard earned money with these people."

"I tried this mechanic because of the reviews. This was a big mistake I took my truck to the mechanic on a Tuesday as the engine light was on. After a scan on the truck I was told the problem and that they would need to order a part to get it fixed. The truck also needed a service. I agreed and was told to bring the truck back the following Monday. However, the following Monday the part had not been ordered and it would take a further two days to fix it. Despite the inconvenience, I agreed and left the truck there. I picked up the truck a few days later later in the afternoon. The next morning I drove the truck to work. On the way the engine light came on and the electronics in the car were not working (clock, windows etc). I took the truck back the next day. The owner approached me and we spoke about the engine light and electrical issue. The owner was quick to blame me and tried to show me that the windows were working - but he could not get them to work. I left the truck there to get the problems fixed (I had already paid for the initially scan $66 and another $1200). The owner called me back saying he would need another $250 to fix another problem that he had found (which did on exist a week and before and he initially scanned the truck). Very unprofessional, disorganised and dodgy. Don’t waste your time and money with this clown s."
