"Tried to match the flooring for an additional room by using the same flooring as previous builder used, which is floorway trading, hard time buying some small amount of boards and tried to return some unused goods after the work, no clear return policy, back and forth, hard to deal with. Money is little but bad for business."

"After having our new flooring warped and confirmed by our builder and one of their contractors, they come to fix the floor this time deciding that it was water damage. Definitely is not the case as there is no sign of water damage on any part of the floor. Very rude people and totally incompetent."

"Worst floor company ever. 2 employees work there(the receptionist and a guy called Rhys).They hire asian sub contractors to get the work done cheap.They do not know what their doing. Offers cheap deals with cheap floorboards. Only 3 months to our floor boards and already started popping put from the floor. Trying to contact them for 2 months. The receptionist is sending emails to Rhys where he's onsite 24/7 and takes China trips every once a month. Do not get your floors done with them."
