"I have never experienced to this extreme unprofessionalism, and rudeness from a business organisation. I am complaining and warning to who, who reads this review that this man who claims to be the boss of 888 travel agent in Richmond will not explain and communicate promptly to your need. There was complications due to this. Overall if you call over the phone he will not explain in details of your inquiry and hang up on you. He had said to me as a consumer to "shut up" when I had brought up the issue. I get his an old man but I hope the business goes down from the appalling behaviour."
