Reviews of Howard Park
"Great playground and large space for kids to play. Range of activities and lots of equipment for all ages like slides, sand pits, swings, and a separate fenced and gated toddler area. Tables are available. Many spots of shade. Recommend to families. No toilets but the shops are close and parking is street parking or park in shops car park."
"Such a great playground. My 3yo was excited at the very sight of it from afar. It's hard to miss the giant yellow and red sailshades. I thought it was the circus at first :p The park has something for all ages from 0-primary. I loved the gated toddler section which my very adventurous and curious toddler was content to play inside for 30 minutes!! Note on parking: it wasn't immediately obvious where to park. I did a huge loop and some head scratching before I figured out you're meant to park at Home & Co shopping centre parking lot and can access the playground from there. Entrance is to the left of MadMex. A slight con is no toilets onsite but a quick stroll over to the shops has an accessible bathroom with a changetable. Would be great if the centre could get a parent room though."
"Such an incredible park. So much space. Equipment catering for young and older children. Swings, amazing slides, rock climbing, massive enclosed sand pit, court, table tennis. See parksandadventuresofsydney on Instagram for more."
"The equipment at this park is impressive to say the least. There is so much climbing equipment and I was happy to see some huge shade sails protecting the vast majority of the playground. There is a dedicated, fenced, toddler area separate from the main area. Table tennis tables, a half basketball court and lots of places to sit. There is no parking at the park - you too need to park at the shipping centre and walk across. There are also no toilets which is a huge oversight. Overall a great park and one we will happily visit again."
"One of the best children's parks around. Has a fenced off area for the little kiddies, plenty of seating, and unique equipment for the older kids. The park even has a basketball hoop and ping pong tables. Love it!!"
