"So we had our sons 7 birthday party over here. And the staff was very rude to us . there was no chairs and tables for the parents We got a party host but she was hardly available.we had to go and ask them again and again for everything. we had to serve the food by ourselves. When we gave the feedback to the manager they were hardly interested to hear anything. When l told the that we will review your service they said your wish go ahead and do it."

"This Flip Out is WOW! Had my daughter 7th bday here and every minute was enjoyed by children and adults. We chose the self catered option and got a really spacious area near the Golf which felt private considering we weren’t in a room. The kids had so many play areas to choose from and enjoyed them all. Staff were very responsive, friendly and flexible. I would def visit here again"

"I'm here with my kids, they are having a blast However a few things, its the last Monday of the school holidays and only 2 staff member on. Coffee drips all over the floor, tables dirty so myself and other patrons have been wiping them pursleves with wet napkins. Lolly wrappers and rubbish in places on the floor, black mats super dusty on all the ramps. Chux cloth and rubbish in the climbing area. No one to man the "wipe out" so not turned on. Climbing walls not open as no staff to man them. The 2 girls working are both stuck behind the counter serving customers at the front counter and cafe so no staff walking around supervising etc. Great place but more staff needed so all areas can be up an running when we are paying to use everything and proper cleaning done before opening"

"First time here as my kid was invited to a birthday party. And he had an amazing time. Big place with lots of areas for play like mini golf, wall climb, trampoline area for big kids and also separate area for little kids. It was a bit crowded when we went as it is a weekend and also school holidays. The four party rooms were also booked that day. Staff is around to supervise the kids in each play area and also provide support when needed. Lots of parking in the area as well."
