Reviews of Sydney Best Dim Sim
"I just has the worst experience that I ever have with my partner!! Wanted to to stock up the freezer with some dim sim and bao. The little old Asian lady was on the phone was loud and very busy with phone!! When asked for service, she just pointed and says it's all there while this she still on the phone, even when we try to pay, she's loud and rude. Eventually we didn't purchase the items after when she commented that if you don't want it someone will. NOT RECOMMENDED.. if you want bad and rude services.. yes"
"Good for take home pack frozen dimsum, siomai, siopao, rolls, pao, etc."
"Dim sims were overcooked and soggy. Their customer service was worse than the food. The lady was on the phone the whole time, and she didn't acknowledge me until 5 minutes later. And then she decided to dump my dim sims in a plastic bag instead of in a container. So disrespectful, I'm definitely not coming back."
"Yes, that's literally their store name. No dine in. Hot food stall and frozen sections. Best price you can get"
"It's ONE of the best (not THE best) dim sim places that is a takeaway shopfront, not a restaurant. They do have some seating if you just want to scoff down your hot siu mai, though. They do some dim sim in-house (fresh before your eyes), that you can buy hot and eat straight away: Banh Cuon Nhan Tom (Cheong Fun - steam prawn noodles) Pork siu mai Prawn ha gow Pork dim sim Steamed pork buns They also offer a large range of wholesale frozen yum cha products that I love cooking at home. Not only is it big, but it's also value for money. Check out their website for the full list of items because it's pretty much a frozen yum cha restaurant if you think about it. I buy frozen prawn ha gow and gow choi gow (prawn and chive dumpling) and steam them at home. A bag of 50 pieces is $32 (price current as of February 3, 2019). I should try their samosas next time. Important: all sauces and cutlery are not free. The store will charge 20-30c for takeaway soy sauce or chilli sauce, and for plastic cutlery. This is how it is in Cabramatta so do not be offended or feel that it's your privilege. Everything costs money."
