"Unfortunate experience; beginning it was all good, they have two types of delivery option given in their website, and both with Australia post normal or express post. Given we’ve been having delays due to covid ; one would think other options to offer their customers. Our order has been placed with express post on 24/11/2021 to be delivered to Melbourne , and today still waiting 10/11/2021. It was a birthday present to my niece last weekend unfortunately haven’t been able to give it to her. Have send an email few days ago to get another pair through different courier system, but no answer from the sellers. I don’t think I’ll ever shop with this company, it’s a shame"
