"Mostly friendly staff but extremely disorganised and overcrowded with Clothing, a lot of it hung up really high. Waited in line for the change rooms for 20 minutes. There are 6 change rooms and 4 of them are full of boxes. Once I was finally in the change rooms I was being told to hurry up and get out by one the staff members and they didn’t stop until I was out of the room. I only had 3 things to try on."
"The store is extremely cluttered and not easy to move around with other customers. A lot of stock and accessories are positioned too high to safely reach for and it's necessary to ask a staff member to get stuff down for you with a step ladder. There is definitely a healthy range clothes, shoes and accessories however not having any bags for your purchases is a bit pathetic."
"Terrible service! I ordered an Oakley grey backpack for my kid and they gave me a wrong one. Wrong in color and price! And it's really frustrating that you have to go through returning the item as well. A total waste of time! Will never order here again!"
