"Went in to this store today to update my jazz shoes as my feet have changed a little prior to and after giving birth. The owner (Suzy) had an absolutely unsurpassed knowledge of dance shoes and how to protect and support the foot while ensuring comfort and ease of performance. She even had extensive knowledge of post partum issues and how they affect the dancer. After dancing my entire life I was so grateful to stumble across this little gem of a place. Suzy was absolutely beautiful to my 5 month old daughter, interacting with her and making her laugh and as a mum of an infant I really appreciated the extra hygiene measures she takes in our now Covid world. Would thoroughly recommend this business for both adults and children. We will be back."
"If I could give negative stars, I would! Never have I ever felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome walking into a shop. Met with a locked door, you have to knock to enter only to be opened by the staff member looking unhappy that you are walking into her shop and mumbling about number restrictions within her store!!!! I felt uneasy from the second I walked in. My daughter was spoken to so rudely by the staff member and left the store in tears. Perhaps if she was more tactful in her approach the outcome may have been different. Her customer service skills need some major refining, or perhaps retiring may be an option! You can't expect people to want to spend money in your store when you make them feel unwelcomed, uneasy and speak to them abruptly and rudely. I would not recommend ANYONE to buy from this store unless you enjoy being treated poorly. NEGATIVE 10 STARS"

"If you love dressing up, this is the place for you! It has costumes of all kinds for parties, and it has all the dance gear you need. The owner knows her stuff backwards and gives the best advice. I have been coming here for years, brilliant!"
"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Online from SA I purchased ballet, jazz and tap shoes for my daughter so it was a pricey order. I spoke with someone from the store over the phone regarding sizing and they assured me the sizes I ordered would fit my daughter, I had her exact foot measurements and all. Well the jazz and tap shoes were incredibly tight and hurt her, she cannot actually wear them to dance in or she'll hurt herself, the ballet shoes were not even close to going on her foot! She's 8 and they barely fit her sibling who is 4. When I contacted the company they outright ignored me. They just want your money and don't care about the customer at all. I would never shop here again in a million years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!"
