"After a long period of consideration, I decided to write a review of this place. Overall, I have a very good experience with Next Gen (over 6 months) and find the staff to be warm and welcoming (except rare few). In person or over email, they have been kind enough to listen to all feedback and have gone out of their way to give a good exposure to all children. The staff is open and communicative in sharing information about weekly activities and lunch menus to keep parents informed. Staff churn posed a challenge (which I guess is common across all childcare centre's), but management is ensuring the new team is fully prepared for the job. ** Sharing two photos from the weekly activities - one is of the kids taking turn to bake cookies for afternoon tea. **"
