"Way more expensive than anything around, poor range of tools, pretty much handyman stuff, and its a small thing but every tile supplies shop has someone to help you load your stuff.. so not sure why prices are so high when you employ one person that doesnt get out from behind the counter"
"Today I brought a tube of Black Maxisil silicone , I asked for Black and they gave me what I thought was the correct colour, ( My error for thinking the colour they gave me was right) when I arrived back with the silicone for the tiler I was advised it was the wrong colour , he then called Tilers Warehouse to ask if they had the Black "A16" , and they did not have any stock of one of the most popular colours I am advised , we were then advised if we wanted to bring the tube back it would be a 30% restocking fee! Are you kidding ! What type of business is this ! Its not the money as its only $14.71 , its the way you get treated after a sale ! , Good luck to anyone wanting deal at Tilers Warehouse Narre Warren ! FYI I went to Bunnings and brought the black it was instock , ! I definitely will not be recommending or heading back to tilers warehouse anytime soon most disappointing !"
