"Firstly, I'm not affiliated with Zhik in any way. My experience so far, whether online purchases or in person, have exceeded my expectations in every way. All the staff are highly knowledgeable about their products, & to top it off they're very interested in selling you something that works FOR YOU, instead of just selling you the most expensive gear possible. Zhik also stands firmly behind all of their clothing so if it's a warranty issue, an improvement suggestion or general feedback I've experienced nothing but an open mind and a customer focused mentality in my dealings with them. Everything is designed and rigorously tested in Australia by this Australian company (they actually design their own fabric + materials, it's not just ' off the shelf ' like the bigger brands) which makes buying from them a little more important in my opinion too. "I’ve heard of Zhik online as one of the major sailing brands. I didn’t realise they were actually an Australian company. I needed some wet weather gear and walked into the showroom at Artarmon. A gentleman named Philip served me very well. He told me all about the different materials and uses and took a lot of time answering questions and letting me try all sorts of things. It was actually a really good shopping experience and I am glad I went there. Cannot comment on the product on day to day life as it’s my first set of Zhik clothing. But given their testimonies and people who use it I must assume a top product. Plus local but global company, plus fantastic service. Why wouldn’t you want to buy from them! Looking forward to getting into some weather to try out the new gear!"

"I am from NSC Club. Don't buy Zhik. Rostan is much better. Staff called Philip treats customers are very badly. I have never experience this type of person in my whole life. He is so rude. If I am owner, I just want to fire him right away."

"I'm giving Zhik Australia one star because you can't give them zero stars. Dreadful company to deal with for online sales. Emails, and delivery and return instructions ignored. Different staff members tell you different things. Be aware, too, that if you return something, you pay for the return postage and postage for a replacement item - you have to include a prepaid satchel. None of this is on the website's returns page, or in the terms and conditions."
