"Visited the team at RBI on the weekend with my little girl. We have no idea what we are buying and don't want to keep buying stuff online or on Facebook, which is exactly the reason we made the effort to go visit a speciality shop. Besides being mesmerised by the batting cage, we were pleased by the targeted and thoughtful advice in store we received. My daughter was able to buy new softball cleats at a reasonable price (something I was always worried about if we visited a specialty store) as well as being fitted and getting advise on a glove which we'll buy as soon as the new season stock arrives. We left with lots of detail on what size, what style, the benefits, how it would help her play, how to break it in and why this is important.
