"Its easy to overlook this little store when your reference points are big box retailers but do yourself a favor pop in and have a look around they have a great range at a fair price if you are in the market for tiles. I'm glad that I did, as what I experienced was someone who actually listened with a friendly smile and came up with solutions and alternatives over a series of visits (thanks Tania). I cant say the same for some other big name tile retailers where customer service is the luck of the draw which is the last thing you want when you are picking tiles which is surprisingly difficult to chose. "Tania has been wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable of all their stock, and was patient will all our changing minds on design. Beautiful range of tiles, ended up picking the ones here based on looks over other more expensive stores nearby. And they were cheaper! They even helped with grout choices. Samples are loaned for small fee (also cheaper than other stores) which is refunded on return. Would definitely recommend Tile Gallery ."
