"Poor customer service. Placed an online order but the item was not in stock. Website said it was in stock. No help whatsoever to check if it’s in stock in another store. What a grumpy guy on the phone was lucky the online chat was helpful and picked it up in Mornington"

"Would give it a zero if it was an option. Been going there for over 7 years, having spent an average of 10to20k a year. however went there just before EOFY to spend 6k. Offered no discount, was not interested in the sale, been told that they were busy and I had to find a trolley myself where 2 of their staff was having a chat. Store was not well stocked, Half of the shelves were empty. Told them, I won't be coming back due to their lack of customer service and they just lost a good customer. Guess what they replied? That's fine! So went straight to Sydney Tools and been well looked after, store looks much brighter and cleaner. Staff helped me picking my order and gave a good discount. Well Done Total tools! Great way to run a business!"

"I first went to Sydney tools only to find everything that I was looking for is inside boxes. I asked the gentleman I want to look at the tools not the boxes. Then I went to total tools at Carrum Downs spoke to a gentleman by the name of Rob grant could not meet a more helpful person. Not only was he able to explain the product knowledge of the range that I was looking But he was extremely helpful. Offering many options of solutions. Appreciate your help today Rob I’ll be back."

Bought some air compressor fittings which was in stock and at the same time ordered some parts for a magnetic drill. To my surprise, they arrived within 2 days!!!!
