"Bad quality and even worse customer service. Bought a $700 entry handle that broke and only would replace 2 parts that weren’t needed, then threw their hands up and said tough luck. 5 year warranty apparently means under 7 months. Avoid them, not worth it."

"Ordered a brass finish entry set of this brand from thelockshop.com.au - n2klok claimed it would arrive in two days. We booked the builder to install it and other things in nine days time. The day before it still hasn't arrived. No call, no follow up. Found out they had simply stuffed up and forgotten to send it. No apology. Just it will be with you next week. They are obviously incompetent and unreliable. Won't be ordering any of their products again."
