"When a customer calls you and asks you to send a shipment to Ireland the easiest thing to do is say "No". Jason didn't do this however - he took the time to work through a myriad of problems to make it happen. And when the shipment got sent sent back to Australia due to a customs screw up he did it all again. Serious customer service - thanks Jason"
