"Save your time & money and don’t use their services. We booked online and reached there in time and found it was double booked. The people who were already playing there booked it over phone and made verbal booking. We asked the reception , waited a while , the lady at reception checked with the other players on court about the booking and with "Sanjeev" . Post discussion we were told no courts available and we ll be reimbursed. The lady returned again and said you can play as one of the courts is now available and we will anyways reimburse you for the hassle and the mixup . We agreed and played 30 min. Before departing we called Sanjeev who mentioned that he will issue a credit and we asked for a refund as initially agreed. He agreed to send it Next day we follow up as not returned he turns around and says because you played half n hour we ll give 30 mins refund as its a fair deal . ??? who double booked ? who kept the booking open online ? who suggested for a refund ? who asked us to play for 30 mins and will be reimbursed?? our mistake - we agreed to what you said and did not make a fuss . now you want be cheap and feel like a great business man and talk about fairness. Shame on you . Keep your word ! oh sorry I forgot , you cant keep your booking so of course you don't care about your word !! Congratulations on upsetting 4 potential customers !! Great Business !!"

"The place is clean and well lit but for badminton, there isn't enough ventilation especially when the venue is fully booked. Quite on the pricey side but at least they have some hours that are discounted. Nice water cooling station and toilets. Not a whole lot of seating space in the courts. The table tennis was amongst other table games but if it's empty, it's quite peaceful. It is on a carpet floor though which makes it really hard to move around and can easily cause injuries due to friction. Don't really think the table tennis is worth it tbh."
"Nice and clean courts, lighting is also good. Washroom and water facilities are all upto the mark. Sometimes you may face some parking issues. Rest all is excellent."
