Everyone we dealt with was efficient, friendly and professional from start to finish and the workmanship especially on the cornice is fantastic. They were extremely diligent in checking their work and ensuring all defects were rectified addressed prior to finishing up. "Wouldn't recommend it! worst customer service ever! We were told that they would call before making the delivery to make sure someone was there. But we had to call them twice to follow up on it. When we finally did get a call from the delivery guy, who was already at the store we got sworn at for not being there. Told us to listen to him because we didn't know what we were talking about. The person at the office (who was also rude) had apparently called us and left a message that they were coming. We didn't get one phone call or message from them. It may be on their records, but there's nothing on our records. They could have the wrong number, but there is no reason for them to be swearing at us. Change of staff or training of staff for customer service is urgently needed."
