"Poor communication, do not answer half the questions I asked in our email exchange, I'm still waiting on my super refund and have not received any updates in over 10 days, not even a "were still waiting" and any time i ask about fees they ignore the question."

"I asked for help with my tax refund and filled out their online form. When it turned out that my tax refund had been lodged in the past (it was many years ago I lived in Australia) they asked me if I wanted help with claiming my super instead. I replied that I wanted to know how much they would charge (never using the words yes or go ahead). Without a reply to my question I just received an email saying that they had lodged a request at the ATO to withdraw my super fund. So basically they lodged a request in my name without my permission. The ATO view this as very serious as it is fraud and I just want to warn people that this is what they do - trick people. On top of things they pretended to be confused when I got upset. These guys ARE NOT serious. Don’t use them as they go behind your back without permission. In the end they said they’d withdrawn the application. but still they caused me a lot of headache."

"This looks like scam! Their work was quick, I got my tax refund in 7 days BUT they seem to cheat customer on the price. I am supposed to get refund about $3,000 but actually got $2,300. Where the $700 gone? I contacted them to ask about this details and they replied 2 days later. They explained "for your type of tax return our fee is 20% of your refund" but there is no explanation on their website about 20% fee or how much cost is depending on our type of tax return. This company try to lead customer to misunderstand and then take away our refund as fee of tax return. When they sent me message that they got tax refund, they said" please recommend us to your friends" I NEVER recommend this company! Or I recommend you to ask them in advance how exactly much will it take to apply tax return( do not only ask how much you can get refund but also how much you have to pay). If you ask them first, you probably do not choose this company. Who want to pay $700 to get refund? NO ONE. There are many other reasonable company, so you do not have to choose this company."
